Shipping Associate

Job Title: Shipping Associate
Pay: $20/hour
Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Loveland, CO

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Associate to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with domestic and international shipping and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process shipments using FedEx, UPS, and LTL freight carriers
Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for timely delivery
Create and maintain shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs paperwork
Coordinate with carriers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate shipments
Maintain a clean and organized shipping area
Assist with inventory control and other warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a shipping or warehouse role required
Proficient in using FedEx and UPS shipping software
Experience with LTL freight shipping required
Familiarity with international shipping and customs documentation is a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent
