Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM  
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Salary: $45,000–$55,000 annually
Employment Type: Full‑Time, In‑Office

PeopleShare is seeking a high‑energy, people‑driven Bilingual Recruiter (English/Spanish) to join our Bolingbrook team! As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will support daily branch operations, manage the full hiring process, and play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with our workforce and client partners.

Key Responsibilities 
  • Source, recruit, and interview candidates for high‑volume industrial, logistics, and clerical roles
  • Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, social media, community boards) to drive applicant flow
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines to support recurring and urgent job orders
  • Fill daily client job orders quickly and accurately, ensuring strong candidate‑to‑job matches
  • Conduct phone screens, in‑person interviews, and skill assessments to evaluate candidate fit
  • Lead and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach to attract new talent
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients regarding staffing needs, candidate updates, and workforce performance
  • Visit client sites to understand job duties, work environments, and hiring expectations
  • Provide clear job expectations, schedules, and requirements to candidates
  • Support basic onboarding steps (I‑9, E‑Verify, background/drug screens) as needed — minimal administrative focus
  • Maintain accurate candidate and assignment information in Avionté
  • Coach and support associates on attendance, performance, and workplace expectations
  • Collaborate with the branch team to meet weekly hiring goals and support recruiting campaigns
  • Assist with walk‑in traffic, recruiting events, and branch coverage as needed
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and process updates

Job Requirements
  • Strong recruiting, interviewing, and sourcing skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Avionté ATS is a plus
  • Dependable, organized, and solutions‑oriented
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required
  • Ability to travel to client sites and occasional nearby branches

Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; AA degree preferred
  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, HR, or high‑volume customer service
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or logistics environments is a plus
  • Previous experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume setting
