The Associate, Maintenance Engineer II under the direction of the Lead Engineer and affiliated facilities by maintaining HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems while assisting with preventative maintenance programs. This role ensures compliance with safety and NFPA standards, uses proper PPE, and interprets technical manuals and drawings. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to identify issues, implement corrective actions, and maintain safe, efficient operations.

The associate will be frequently required to balance; crouch, or crawl; reach over-head and taste or smell. The associate must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, night vision, and ability to adjust focus.
