Direct Hire - Calibration Technicians
1st shift
$24 - $26/hr
The Calibration Technician is responsible for performing the calibration work for company’s directional module package and/or similar products for the oil & gas industry for the Houston Repair Center. The individual will also record data gathered during calibration and enter the data into the system.
MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) General calibration work which consists of:
a. Visual inspection
b. Identifying the product’s defective performance with calibration stand and system
c. Performing and adjusting calibration using the calibration equipment (jigs and data gathering software)
d. Monitor the Calibration Stand ovens for issues and take appropriate action to complete the calibration
e. Troubleshooting testing failures
2) Data entry of defect information, repair work and calibration data

Education: High School Diploma
Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of calibration or related operational experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
Skills: Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
