Salary Range: $115k-$130k Base + Cumulative Commission

The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established roofing contractor in the Denver market and is looking to add a Nationwide Roofing Sales Manager to help drive growth across multifamily and light commercial projects. This role is ideal for a proven sales professional who understands roofing, knows how to build relationships, and can generate and close new business.
Candidates with experience in multifamily, commercial, or residential roofing are encouraged to apply. A transferable book of business is strongly preferred but not required for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow new business within the multifamily roofing market (apartments, condos, townhomes, HOAs, mixed-use).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers, owners, developers, and general contractors.
- Identify bid opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close profitable roofing projects.
- Conduct site walks, assist with scope development, and collaborate with estimating and operations teams.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings.
- Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of roofing sales experience (multifamily, commercial, or residential).
- Strong understanding of roofing systems, materials, and installation processes.
- Proven ability to generate leads, manage relationships, and close deals.
- Existing book of business or established industry relationships is a major plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working autonomously in the field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
