Qualifications: Marketing & Sales Associate:
Required
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or lead generation OR
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
Preferred
- Experience with cold calling or outbound sales
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with executives and decision makers

Key Responsibilities: Marketing & Sales Associate:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research companies, industries, and decision makers to identify new sales opportunities
- Build and maintain prospect lists and CRM records
- Use online resources, databases, and market tools to develop qualified leads
Outbound Sales & Marketing
- Conduct cold calls to introduce On Site Personnel’s staffing services
- Send outbound emails and follow-ups to prospective clients
- Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, including Sales Navigator messaging
- Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for senior sales staff
Content & Campaign Support
- Draft and customize email templates for different industries and audiences
- Assist in creating marketing messages and outreach sequences
- Support branding and digital engagement strategies
Sales Support
- Track communication and maintain accurate activity records
- Assist with proposals, presentations, and client materials
- Collaborate with recruiting and operations teams to understand service offerings
