We currently have a very exciting opportunity available with our client for a Sales Recruiter. They are looking to add Sales Recruiters to support a fast-growing, high-velocity hiring environment. This role requires experience recruiting for Go-To-Market (GTM) and sales functions and the ability to manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales and GTM roles, including:
- Account Managers
- Business Development Representatives (BDRs)
- Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)
- Account Manager Leaders and similar roles
- Source, prospect, screen, interview, and close candidates in a fast-paced environment
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality and speed
- Conduct virtual candidate screenings and interviews via Microsoft Teams
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Greenhouse ATS
- Deliver a high-touch, engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on recruiting experience
- Experience managing the full sales recruiting cycle, from sourcing through offer acceptance
- Proven ability to recruit in high-volume environments
- Prior experience recruiting for GTM or sales roles is required
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong sourcing, screening, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple searches concurrently
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Language Requirements
- Professional proficiency in English is required (all interviews and communication are conducted in English)
Pay Range:
- Pay range for this position will be up to $45.00 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
