What You’ll Do (Day‑to‑Day)
- Welcome and assist visitors in a warm, professional, supportive manner
- Answer and route calls/emails; connect people to the right staff or resources
- Support scheduling, appointments, and front office coordination
- Maintain front desk flow (visitor sign‑in, organization, supplies)
- Handle admin tasks like data entry, document prep, and confidential records
- Help keep shared spaces calm, safe, and respectful
- Use de‑escalation and conflict‑resolution skills when needed
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma / GED
- 1+ year of receptionist/administrative/customer service experience
- Strong communication + professionalism
- Comfortable supporting a diverse community with empathy and discretion
- Preferred: Bilingual Spanish/English
Work Environment
- Business casual dress
- Supportive, team-oriented setting
- Community-focused role with real impact
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
- Assignment: 6 months (possible temp‑to‑hire)
- Start: As soon as possible
