Job Opportunity: Employment Specialist / Recruiter

Location: Seattle, WA
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Express Employment Professionals - Seattle is seeking a dynamic and driven Employment Specialist / Recruiter to join our team! This is an internal position where you will play a key role in recruiting, interviewing, and working with job seekers to match them with employment opportunities. If you thrive in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting & Inside Sales:

Identify companies with staffing needs and initiate cold calls.
Meet with decision-makers to assess hiring needs and offer staffing solutions.
Consult with job seekers on the value of partnering with Express.
Document sales and recruiting activities daily.
Conduct virtual and on-site interviews.
Manage full-cycle recruiting, including onboarding activities.
Maintain and audit employee records and electronic files.
Assist with office administration tasks as needed.

Collaboration with Outside Sales Team:

Communicate with the outside sales team to ensure alignment between sales and recruiting efforts.
Demonstrate enthusiasm for new agreements and contribute to closing new clients.
Provide regular updates on sales activity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in customer service, HR, or staffing preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent listening skills and ability to ask relevant follow-up questions.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Positive and energetic attitude.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using HR systems.
Passionate about helping others and making a difference.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
