Assist with installation, configuration, and testing of new printing equipment in diverse environments.

Collaborate with IT teams to resolve computer networking issues affecting printer connectivity.
Provide training and technical support to end-users on printer operation and troubleshooting procedures.

Requirements: Print Technician:

Proven experience as a service technician specializing in printer repair or related field service roles.
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking protocols, and IT systems relevant to printing environments.
Proficiency in software troubleshooting related to printer drivers, firmware updates, and network configurations.
Familiarity with schematics, mechanical components, and the use of hand tools for equipment repair.
