Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

My client is a large-scale public sector organization serving millions across the Northeast with a deep focus on infrastructure, mobility, and technology transformation. With a major investment in modernizing core platforms and HR systems, they’re at the center of one of the most complex operational ecosystems in the country.

They are currently seeking an Oracle HCM Technical Consultant for an indefinite contract engagement. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in technical HCM implementations, integrations, and support—particularly within large, matrixed environments.

Job Title: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Location: Hybrid Work Schedule, candidate must be able to commute into my clients Newark, NJ office 3x per week.

Compensation: $80-85 per hour C2C employment

Required Technology & Skills:

8+ years of technical experience supporting cloud-based HCM platforms, including custom integrations and reporting.
Experience developing inbound integrations within Oracle Cloud HCM, with strong knowledge of APIs, Web Services, and Oracle’s integration frameworks.
Proficiency in PL/SQL, file-based data loads (HDL), and transformation logic for HCM data processing.
Hands-on experience with tools like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), HCM Extracts, and related middleware.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data flows while collaborating with functional HR and IT stakeholders.
