NOW HIRING: GENERAL LABORERS – SUFFOLK, VA

Position: General Laborer
Pay: $15.00/hour

Shift: Rotating 12hr shifts, 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, 5:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Schedule: Monday through Friday, occasional overtime and weekends
Location: Suffolk, VA
Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, Vision

The Lee Group is hiring reliable and hardworking General Laborers for a well-established production facility in Suffolk, VA. These full-time positions offer a stable work environment where you’ll support essential production and packing operations. What You’ll Be Doing as a General Laborer:

Assist with packaging products to meet company and customer requirements
Seal, label, and inspect items for quality and accuracy
Identify and remove damaged or incorrect products
Pick, sort, and stage inventory for shipment
Maintain cleanliness in work areas and follow all safety protocols
Operate basic packing and warehouse equipment as needed
Complete required documentation for inventory and tracking
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

What We’re Looking For as a General Laborer:

High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in general labor, packing, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred
Must be able to lift and move products repetitively
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Dependable, safety-minded, and organized
Comfortable working in a physically active, fast-paced environment
Must be able to work full scheduled shift, including overtime and Saturdays when needed
