2nd Shift: 5p-330a (Fridays 12p-6p if required to work OT

*Will Train on 1st Shift

$18 - $20/hr - based on experience

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and priming in preparation for painting
Apply paint, lacquer, or other protective coatings to industrial products and equipment using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
Ensure consistent and even coverage of paint or coatings
Perform touch-ups and minor repairs to painted surfaces as needed
Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols
Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines and quality targets

Qualifications

- 1-2 years of experience in industrial painting or a related field preferred

- Proficiency in the use of painting tools and equipment, including spray guns, brushes, and rollers

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Forklift Experience a plus

Working Conditions

This position is based in a controlled, indoor manufacturing environment. The work may involve standing for extended periods, lifting and moving materials, and exposure to paint fumes and other chemicals. A flexible schedule, including occasional overtime, may be required to meet production demands.
