We currently have a very exciting opportunity available for a Recruiter II in Seattle, WA or Austin, TX. This will be an 11-month contract role with the potential to extend and/or convert.
Responsibilities:
- Source and engage candidates for niche technical roles using ATS, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
- Manage candidate information, assessments, and pipeline tracking.
- Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to meet hiring goals.
Required Qualifications:
- 5–7 years recruiting experience, ideally technical.
- Proficiency in Boolean search, ATS systems (Hire), and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Computer Science degree
- SQL/database knowledge
- Prior database company experience
Pay Range:
- Pay range for this position will be $35.15 to $40.15 per hour. Compensation will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This rate is subject to change.
