Job Description

As a kitting associate, you will play a key role in bringing products together by assembling components into ready-to-ship kits that keep operations moving. You will work hands-on with materials, ensuring every kit is accurate, organized, and built to meet quality standards. In this fast-paced environment, your attention to detail and efficiency will directly impact customer satisfaction and delivery success. Responsibilities:

Assemble kits by gathering and combining multiple components according to work orders or instructions
Verify accuracy of parts, quantities, and labeling before completing each kit
Package and label finished kits for shipment or internal use
Maintain organized inventory of kitting materials and report shortages or discrepancies
Use scanners or inventory systems to track materials and completed kits

Qualifications and Requirements:

1 year of general labor experience
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Strong time management skills
Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions
