Job Description

As a Chemical Machine Operator, your contributions directly with quality and craftsmanship will help our innovative products be used worldwide. We are seeking skilled Chemical Operators with careful observation, proactive reporting and a safety first attitude. Join our team in ensuring our production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Machine setup according to specified production instructions, using a given set of fiber glass and other raw materials.
Preparation of resin mixes and foils in accordance to production instructions
Independent assurance of quality requirements, before, during and after a production run
Careful observation of the running production to detect malfunctions at an early stage
Correction of minor malfunctions and support for major repairs, as well as pointing out irregularities to your supervisor.
Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace, as well as care of technical equipment, machines and systems for safety and quality reasons

Qualifications and Requirements:

Must have experience in manufacturing environment only
Must have HSD or GED document
3+ years Mechanical, Electrical, or Textile experience preferred
Must be able to comprehend, read, and write in English
SAP user knowledge is beneficial, but not essential

The base pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final compensation will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future growth.
