Automation Personnel Services is seeking a Lab Technician for a company based in Baytown, TX. As a Lab Technician, you will be responsible for performing material quality tests and reporting findings of suspect materials.
Pay Rate
$17.00-$20.00 per hour DOE

Schedule and Hours
Monday-Friday 7am until finished.

Lab Technician Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform material quality tests following the guidelines provided
- Report findings of suspect material during testing
- Keep an accurate and complete record of tests performed and data obtained
- Keep inventory of customer retain samples
- Help maintain the laboratory clean and organized
Lab Technician Qualifications and Requirements
- High school diploma or a GED equivalent preferred
- 1-2 years of materials testing in an industrial setting
- Organizational skills
- Computer skills
- Must be detailed oriented
- Excellent Multi-tasking / Interpersonal skills
- Physical demands: Must be able to lift to 55 lbs. (assessment will be administered in office)
