Schedule and Hours
Monday through Friday
6:30am – 3:30pm with a 1 hour

CNC Quality Inspector Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsibility: Oversee people in the quality department.
- Oversee any training in the Quality Department.
- Do First Article Inspections of CNC Set up parts.
- Do measurements and documentation as needed.
- Perform or oversee in-process and outgoing inspections.
- Dealing with CMM Programmers for getting jobs programmed on our machine.
- Running or overseeing the CMM to check parts.
- Overseeing the gages in the Southern Precision Gage Crib
- Calibration of company and machinist tools
- Maintaining Quality Department cleanliness
CNC Quality Inspector Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing or CNC machining environment is preferred.
- Read blueprints and use precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
- Strong observational skills to detect defects and ensure product quality.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for reporting and collaboration.
- Quality control or inspection certifications are a plus.
