In this role, you will operate CNC machines to produce precision wood components used in building products such as doors, moldings, stair parts, and other millwork materials.

In this role, you will operate CNC machines to produce precision wood components used in building products such as doors, moldings, stair parts, and other millwork materials.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced CNC operator to apply their skills in a specialized woodworking environment and join a growing team with long-term potential.
Pay Rate
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm

3-day weekends!!
Wood Mill CNC Operator Duties and Responsibilities
• Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and finish wood components according to production specifications.
• Operate CNC machinery to cut, shape, and finish wood components according to production specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure accuracy and report any quality issues.
• Perform routine maintenance checks and basic troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Additional related job duties as assigned by management.
Wood Mill CNC Operator Qualifications and Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Previous experience operating CNC machines in a woodworking or wood product manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, and job specs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented.
• Drug screening and background checks are required.
