Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities:

Identify issues, replace parts, and adjust equipment for optimal performance
Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment to minimize downtime
Complete all paperwork neatly, correctly, and in accordance with company guidelines
Apply expertise in mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems to troubleshoot and repair production machines effectively
Collaborate and train maintenance personnel to ensure all repairs are completed promptly and accurately
Read and comprehend instructions on factory masters and work orders to execute tasks accurately
Comply with all company policies, including safety protocols and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Complete any other assigned duties to support operational efficiency

Requirements:

Must pass background check and drug screen
2+ years’ experience with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems—able to interpret product layouts, production specs, and quality standards
Strong mechanical aptitude: able to multitask in fast-paced settings, read tape measures quickly, and perform calculations (percentages, measurements, volume, rates) accurately
Physically capable of regularly lifting up to 50 lbs (occasional lifts up to 100 lbs)
May need and maintain certifications (e.g., Lift Truck Operator License) to operate equipment and comply with safety regulations

Schedule:

Full Time – Regular Day Shift Schedule
May be required to make emergency repairs outside regularly scheduled hours

Pay Rate:

$20-$22/Hour
