Branch Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Branch Operations Manager in Arlington, TX to lead daily operations and oversee a growing service team supporting FDA 510(k)‑cleared products. This role is responsible for managing branch performance, ensuring high‑quality service delivery, and maintaining compliance with ISO 13485 and company standards. The Branch Operations Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and dialysis clinics while coordinating scheduling, inventory, and service workflows to meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Must have 5+ years of Operations experience
Must have a background in medical facility operations, biomed, or field service

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Compensation: $26.00-$32.00/hour
