We’re looking for a hands-on Desktop Support Technician who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving real-world tech challenges. In this role, you’ll be the first line of defense for hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the organization. You’ll handle everything from setting up new devices and troubleshooting network hiccups to guiding users through software transitions and documenting system changes. You’ll also play a key role in evaluating new tools, training staff, and supporting our growing infrastructure—including participating in our rotating on-call schedule.
