
Peak Performers has partnered with a Texas State Agency to assist in their search for a hybrid Principal Systems Analyst in Austin, Tx. In this position, you will be responsible for performing advanced, enterprise-level systems analysis with agency-wide impact.
Major duties
What are we looking for?
7 years of experience with Enterprise Systems Analysis (complex, mission-critical environments) and Elicitation & Documentation
(functional/non-functional, acceptance criteria).
6 years of experience in stakeholder engagement.
5 years of experience with Cloud & Hybrid Systems (Azure and/or SaaS platforms) and System Integration (APIs, cross-platform,
enterprise data flows).
5 years of experience with Testing & Validation (QA methodologies, release validation, defect management).
5 years of Technical Advisory experience preferred.
4 years of system configuration and optimization with enterprise platforms preferred.
3 years of Microsoft Ecosystem experience (Dynamics 365, Power Platform) preferred.
3 years of advanced cloud exposure (Aure architecture, hybrid integrations) preferred.
