Schedule: 40 hours guaranteed in 5-day work week, including flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Travel: Occasional travel to the Hamptons required

Overview:
A private family based in Hudson Yards, NYC is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented, and proactive full-time Housekeeper to join their household team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with other domestic staff to maintain a clean, organized, and well-functioning home. This position requires a high level of discretion, a strong work ethic, and a service-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and deep cleaning tasks across all areas of the residence
Organize and maintain household areas including closets, pantries, and storage spaces
Assist with laundry duties including washing, ironing, folding, and proper garment care
Ensure high standards of cleanliness are upheld at all times
Work in coordination with other housekeepers and staff to meet household needs
Assist with packing/unpacking and general upkeep when traveling with the family to the Hamptons
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and alert team or management when restocking is needed
Handle fine surfaces, delicate materials, and antiques with appropriate care
Follow household protocols and preferences regarding products and procedures
Provide pet care support if needed (feeding, walks, etc.)

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a high-end, fully staffed private residence
Strong team player with excellent communication skills
Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented
Able to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times
Flexible and able to adapt to a changing schedule, including availability for weekends and travel
Experience with high-end finishes, wardrobe care, and household systems is a plus
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
