Account Executive – Staffing Sales
Streamwood, IL | Full-Time | $65K–$95K base + bonuses ($100K+ potential)
Alliance Workforce Onsite is hiring a high-performing sales pro to grow our client base in the staffing industry. If you have B2B sales or staffing experience and want a role where your earnings match your effort, this is it.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage a local sales territory
- Sell staffing solutions to industrial employers
- Maintain strong client relationships
- Partner with recruiters to meet hiring needs
- Document all efforts into ATS for AI to help you flourish
Skills needed from you to excel in our team space:
- 2+ years of sales or staffing experience
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
- Self-motivation, closing skills, and a drive to win
