What You’ll Do

Source and Attract Talent: Post jobs, screen resumes, interview candidates, and match top talent with client needs.
Client Engagement: Foster lasting relationships with clients by understanding their staffing objectives and delivering exceptional service.
Business Development: Prospect and secure new business by setting appointments, making cold calls, and developing referral networks.
Onboarding & Support: Facilitate new hire orientations, coordinate assignments, and provide coaching and performance feedback to associates.
Account Management: Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and identify additional opportunities.
Collaboration: Partner with your team to plan and execute marketing events that drive business growth together.

What You Bring

Experience: At least 1 year in staffing, recruiting, or sales (full-desk experience preferred)
Skills:
- Confident cold caller and relationship builder
- Skilled in full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing to placement
- Proactive and self-directed—comfortable working independently
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and web-based platforms
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
