Automotive Production

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Automotive Production Assemblers to join our dynamic team for positions in North Toledo. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling automotive components with precision and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shifts:

A shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM Monday-Thursday
C shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM Friday-Sunday and 6:00PM-4:30AM Monday

Pay ranges from $15.00-$17.00 per hour depending on position and shift. Apply now to join our production team and be ready to build quality products.

Duties may include:

Installing step rails/mud flaps
Installing adhesive strips/padding
Weatherproofing and loading boxes into jeeps
Applying vinyl decals
Prepping vehicles for spray-on bedliner
Performing quality checks on assembled products to maintain high standards of quality control
Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Maintaining a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills/Requirements:

Strong detail orientation with the ability to maintain a high level of ownership and accuracy on all work activities
Highly motivated self-starter with a proven ability to multi-task efficiently with changing work activities under short deadlines
Ability to use hand tools
Ability to bend/lift and/or carry weight to industry standards (50 pounds)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Must be able to get IN/OUT of vehicles without difficulty
Previous experience in an automotive manufacturing environment is advantageous but not required.
