Spray Foam Technician

Twin City Staffing is hiring an experienced spray foam technician for a well-established company in Anoka, MN. This has excellent benefits, scheduled raises, and a clear path for advancement. Location: Anoka, MN

Wage: $25/hr+ Depending on experience

Hours: 1st shift, 5 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday, or option for 8 hour shift Monday - Friday

Duties of the spray foam technician:

Operate spray foam insulation systems efficiently in a high-energy work setting
Achieve uniform application and proper insulation thickness across all surfaces
Implement safety protocols to control overspray and ensure proper job site ventilation
Conduct routine maintenance and address issues with spray foam equipment as needed
Review completed insulation work to verify accuracy and quality standards
Collaborate with crew members and leadership to maintain steady progress on projects
Stay compliant with OSHA standards, company guidelines, and environmental safety practices

Requirements of the spray foam technician:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in spray foam insulation or a related role
In-depth understanding of spray application methods and equipment care
Strong eye for detail with a passion for delivering top-quality results
Dependable, safety-conscious, and motivated to work in a physically active role
