Spray Foam Technician

Location: Champlin, MN

Wage: $20 – $36/hr, depending on experience

Hours:

1st Shift: Monday – Thursday | 5:00 am – 3:30 pm
Optional Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8-hour shifts

Duties of the spray foam technician:

Apply spray foam insulation with precision and consistency
Ensure proper insulation thickness and uniform coverage
Follow safety procedures to minimize overspray and ensure ventilation
Perform regular maintenance on spray foam equipment
Inspect finished work to meet quality standards
Collaborate with crew members to ensure project deadlines are met
Comply with OSHA, company, and environmental safety regulations

Requirements of the spray foam technician:

Minimum 3 years of experience in spray foam insulation or a related field
Solid understanding of spray techniques and equipment maintenance
Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
Dependable and safety-oriented
Physically capable of working in a labor-intensive environment
