Experienced Spray Foam Technician

Location: Anoka, MN

Wage: $20 – $36/hr (Depending on Experience)

Hours:

1st shift: 5:00 am – 3:30 pm, Monday – Thursday
Optional: 8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday

Twin City Staffing is currently hiring an experienced spray foam technician for a well-established and respected company in Anoka, MN. Duties of the experienced spray foam technician:

Apply spray foam insulation efficiently and evenly across various surfaces
Follow safety protocols to manage overspray and maintain safe ventilation
Perform maintenance and troubleshoot spray foam equipment as needed
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy
Collaborate with team members to ensure productivity and workflow
Maintain compliance with OSHA and environmental safety standards

Requirements of the experienced spray foam technician:

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on spray foam insulation experience
Strong understanding of application methods, equipment, and safety practices
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Meet ITAR requirements and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
