Job Title: Plant Security – Non-Licensed Patrol
Location: McGregor, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM
Pay Rate: $23.00/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and observant individual to join our team as a Plant Security – Non-Licensed Patrol. This position is responsible for conducting regular security checks and patrols across the facility to ensure a safe and secure environment for all personnel, visitors, and property. This is a non-licensed position, meaning a security license is not required.

Responsibilities:

Conduct routine foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility grounds, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter.
Monitor for any suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety hazards.
Check doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are properly secured.
Escort people when necessary through the facility or back to their vehicles as deemed appropriate by Allied Management
Regular patrols of breakroom and bathroom areas
Regular patrol of professional offices onsite
Document all patrol activities, incidents, and irregularities (vehicle descriptions, unauthorized visitors, etc.).
Assist with controlling access to the facility, including visitor check-ins if required.
Respond to alarms and emergencies according to company protocol.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
Review camera footage as requested by Allied Managers
Report daily to designated supervisor

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in a security or monitoring role is a plus.
Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
Ability to remain alert and focused during long shifts.
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Good communication and reporting skills.

Work Environment:
This position is based at a large manufacturing facility and requires both indoor and outdoor patrol duties. Candidates must be able to work independently and respond quickly to incidents as needed.
