Yard Laborer

Job Store Staffing is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals for a short-term 4–6 week project in Fountain, CO. This role is primarily outdoors and involves physical, hands-on work supporting yard cleanup and product rework.

If you enjoy staying active and do not mind getting a little dusty, this is a great opportunity to pick up solid hours quickly.

Pay: $17/hour
Shift: 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday
(50-hour weeks, with possible Saturdays)

Location: Fountain, CO
Duration: 4–6 weeks (temporary project)

What You Will Do:

Perform general yard cleanup and organization
Empty large bags of soil and repackage into smaller bags
Assist with moving, stacking, and organizing materials
Maintain a clean and safe outdoor work environment
Support additional general labor tasks as needed

What It Takes to Be Successful:

Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day
Willing to work overtime, including occasional Saturdays
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Safety-focused and able to follow directions

Preferred Experience:

General labor, landscaping, or outdoor work
Warehouse or production experience
