We are seeking a reliable, experienced CNC Machinist for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting low-volume production in a clean, safety-focused shop environment. This is a steady weekday role with no nights or weekends, offering a strong balance of autonomy and consistency.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5 eight-hour shifts
(Start times as early as 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM)

What you’ll do:
- Independently set up, program, and operate CNC machines for small-batch production runs
- Work with a variety of parts and changeovers throughout the day or week
- Use shop math regularly, including speeds, feeds, and geometric calculations
- Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality standards are met
- Work with CNC equipment such as vertical machining centers and lathes
- Make program edits and adjustments as needed to optimize performance
What you bring:
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong understanding of GD&T principles
- Experience with CNC setup, operation, and program editing
- Working knowledge of G & M codes
- Solid machining fundamentals and attention to detail
