Scope
 
Account Specialist will respond to customers via email and phone, enter orders, provide quotes and delivery information, process and follow up on orders, as well as expedite material from the factory to customers and sales representative as required.

  1. Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
  2. Excellent written, verbal and listening skills.
  3. Adapt to new process, products and technologies as required.  Learn and understand our products and technology at a level sufficiently high enough to efficiently identify and route requests for assistance to the proper division, department or individual.
  4. Ability to work within a fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-discipline environment.
  5. Ability to multi-task, set priorities identifies and addresses problems and meets deadlines.
  6. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner gather and analyzes information skillfully and maintains confidentiality.
  7. Ability to remain professional at all times
  8. Ability to work effectively with a team in a wide array of plant personnel ranging from hourly employees to senior management.
  9. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
  10. Detail oriented and process driven in order to balance timeliness and quality of service.
