Automation Personnel Services is seeking a professional and motivated Staffing Recruiter to work with us in our Nashville, TN branch. We are searching for candidates with excellent customer service and communication skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to flourish in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.

Pay Rate

$20.00 per hour

Schedules and Hours

Our workdays can sometimes be long and unpredictable. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, but the ideal candidate be able to work 40+ hours (including overtime when needed) Must be able to be on call some weekends and work after 5:00pm as needed.

Staffing Recruiter Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruiting

• Applicant screening

• Interviewing

• Adequately judging quality of an applicant for correct placement

• Process Payroll

• Counseling employees

• Listening to and applying constructive criticism

Staffing Recruiter Qualifications and Requirements:

• Provide excellent customer service

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

• Advanced user of Microsoft Office programs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment

• Ability to think "outside of the box"

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Previous staffing experience a plus
