Automation Personnel Services is now hiring a 2nd Shift Soldering Assembler for an innovative energy technology company in Smyrna, GA. You’ll work hands-on soldering and assembling electronic components used in cutting-edge products for the electricity, gas, and water industries. Pay Rate
$22.50 per hour

Schedule and Hours
Monday through Thursday 2:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Soldering Assembler Duties and Responsibilities

Assemble and install electronic components and parts according to work instructions and schematics.
Operate production machines and equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect and test assembled parts to ensure quality and accuracy.
Solder, crimp, and connect wires or components as needed.
Read and follow technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications.
Perform precision soldering on electronic components.

Soldering Assembler Qualifications and Requirements

SMT experience is preferred
Previous soldering experience is required.
Ability to read and follow technical documents and assembly diagrams.
Small parts assembly experience needed.
Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
Must be able to stand during shift hours.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Be willing to learn new skills and to follow safety procedures.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Full-time, temporary to hire
