If so, we are looking for a Seasonal Staffing Services Specialist to serve as a key resource for our Goodwill Staffing Services (GSS) business line. This temporary role will focus on delivering a positive and consistent experience for all GSS team members and will support the business needs of the GSS division.

What You Will Do
- Serve as the first point of contact for GSS inquiries and provide guidance on available organization resources
- Maintain accurate team member records within HR and Applicant Tracking systems
- Manage onboarding for all GSS team members, including interns, and respond to queries in a timely manner to enhance the on-boarding experience
- Order background checks for all new hires and partner with HR to review results requiring additional evaluation
- Administer drug testing processes, as needed
- Track completion of mandatory trainings and follow up to ensure compliance
- Manage offboarding processes, ensuring accurate HR system updates and assignment end dates
- Serve as a backup resource for the Recruitment Team
What We are Looking For
- At least two years of administrative support experience
- Demonstrated computer skills with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse constituent population
- Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to be detail-oriented
- Ability to travel to off-site locations as business needs dictate
- Experience in a staffing services or human resources environment is preferred
- Knowledge of Paycom or other HRIS is a plus

Work Environment
This role requires sitting for extended periods and working in an office setting. The position may be frequently exposed to office equipment in the central administrative area. The noise level is typically moderate.
