Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Warehouse Packer for our client. This role is responsible for preparing finished products for shipment by packing wiffle balls into boxes, labeling packages, and staging orders for delivery. This role involves light manual labor in a warehouse environment and does not include manufacturing, machine operation, or forklift use.

What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Pack finished wiffle balls into boxes according to order requirements
- Assemble boxes and packaging materials
- Label cartons accurately for shipment
- Inspect products for obvious defects prior to packing
- Stage completed packages in designated shipping areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality guidelines
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
- Indoor warehouse setting
- Standing and walking for extended periods
- No exposure to manufacturing equipment
- No forklift or powered industrial vehicle operation
- Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Repetitive hand and arm motions
- Ability to bend, reach, and twist as needed
- No prior experience required
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Attention to detail
- Reliable attendance
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move or lift up to 50+ lbs.
- Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
- Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
- Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Communication skills.
