Food Production Machine Operator

Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor processing machines to ensure product is running efficiently and meeting specifications
Load materials and verify correct ingredients and quantities before and during production
Set up and adjust machine settings such as time, temperature, and product ratios
Monitor production output, track quantities, and minimize product waste
Inspect product for quality, including weight, consistency, and any defects
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety and food-handling procedures

Requirements:

Experience machine operating or in a production environment required
Basic mechanical understanding and ability to work with equipment
Comfortable performing basic math and entering production data
Must be able to comply with all safety and cleanliness requirements.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow processes closely
- Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday
7AM – 6PM
Fridays as needed

Pay Rate:

$16/Hourly
$17/Hour After Training
