Kable Staffing hiring an U.S. Accountant in Erlanger, Ky. This position is full-time, Direct hire opportunity.

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Own internal and external US reporting activities (e.g., tax, local compliance, reconciliations).
Manage balance sheet reconciliations, overhead reporting, and local filings.
Liaise with third-party payroll partner (MyHR Partner) and support payroll query resolution.
Handle AR/AP-related questions and support the local team in resolving finance issues promptly.
Coordinate with central finance teams on intercompany transactions, commissions, expenses, and margin analysis.
Support audits and implement local financial controls aligned with global frameworks (e.g., SOX if applicable).
Provide essential day-to-day support and coordination with both local operations and our central finance team in the UK.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, ideally with exposure to US GAAP and state/federal tax requirements.
Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work independently and across time zones.
Comfortable in a hybrid environment with some on-site presence in Erlanger, KY.
Ideally but not essential hands-on experience with Sage 50, D365, and/or NAV.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to move or lift to 50lbs.
Ability to reach, grasp, hold, push, pull, bend, twist, squat, climb, kneel.
Ability to utilize hand/eye coordination.
Capability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Communication skills.
Will include travel to the UK after some time in the role
Onsite initially (first 3–6 months), then transitions to hybrid
