Alliance Workforce is hiring Mail Presort Associates for a growing operation in Tampa. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are comfortable working overnight, staying active throughout the shift, and working in a fast-paced production environment.

Mail Presort Associate – 3rd Shift
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $14.75 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00 PM–7:00 AM

Job Responsibilities:
• Sort and organize mail according to routing and processing requirements
• Prepare mail for distribution and shipment
• Move, stack, and handle mail containers throughout the shift
• Verify mail is processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain production standards and meet daily goals
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines

Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for extended periods
• Previous warehouse, production, mail sorting, or general labor experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to work overnight hours consistently
