Semi-Auto Screen Printing Operator- 1st Shift
Location: Largo, FL
Pay: $14.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
• Set up and operate semi-automatic screen-printing machines
• Review job orders and prepare inks, screens, and materials
• Monitor print runs to maintain color accuracy and alignment
• Adjust machine settings to ensure consistent quality
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and perform basic maintenance
• Inspect finished products for defects and quality standards
• Clean screens, tools, and equipment after each job
• Record production data and report issues as needed
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–2 years of screen printing experience preferred
• Experience with semi-automatic equipment is a plus
• Familiarity with inks, substrates, and printing techniques
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Strong attention to detail

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Repetitive hand movements and machine operation
• Fast-paced production environment
