Shipping Material Handler
Location: Largo, FL
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:
Alliance Workforce is seeking a reliable and motivated Shipping Material Handler to join our client's warehouse team. This position is responsible for preparing, loading, and staging outgoing shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment and play a key role in our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:
•    Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment.
•    Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts as needed.
•    Verify shipment contents and ensure all materials are accounted for and properly documented.
•    Maintain clean and organized shipping and receiving areas.
•    Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
•    Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
•    Assist in other warehouse tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
•    High school diploma or GED preferred.
•    Prior warehouse, shipping, or material handling experience is a plus.
•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
•    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
•    Basic computer skills or ability to learn shipping software.
•    Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
