Screen Room General
Location: Largo, FL
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 3:45 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
• Prepare and coat screens with emulsion for printing jobs
• Clean and reclaim screens for reuse in production
• Ensure proper exposure and development of screens
• Monitor inventory of screen room supplies
• Assist with maintenance of equipment and tools
• Support production team to meet daily goals
• Troubleshoot minor screen or equipment issues
• Maintain accurate records of screens and work orders
• Keep work area clean and follow all safety protocols

Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous screen printing experience preferred, but not required
• Basic understanding of screen preparation is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
• Able to stand for extended periods
