Who We’re Looking For:
A Security Analyst to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, customer service orientation, and adaptability. Candidates should bring creativity, analytical thinking, and sound judgment to help ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and enhance organizational security practices
Responsibilities:
Under guidance of the Security Audit and Compliance Section Chief / Deputy Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the Security Analyst II will:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of security and privacy controls
- Provide technical guidance and consulting services on compliance with applicable state and federal regulations (e.g., CJIS, FERPA, FTI, HIPAA, PCI, SSA)
- Contribute to the enhancement of system security and operational efficiency
- Support policy development, audit responses, and risk assessments
Core Duties:
A. Technical Guidance on IT Security and Compliance (40%)
B. Documentation & Assessment of Security Controls (40%)
C. Security Initiatives and Consulting (20%)
Qualifications:
- NIST 800-53 Framework
- Proficiency in standard security audit procedures, including audit guide development and audit execution
- Strong understanding of information technology controls
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Codeworks, LLC discloses that the anticipated hourly pay rate for this position is $35 - $38. This range is subject to change based on job-related factors, including client requirements where applicable.
