Job Title: Construction Laborer
Location: Fairbanks, Alaska

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM Start Time
Pay: $25.00/hour

TDL Staffing is hiring a Construction Laborer in Fairbanks, Alaska to assist with general building and finishing tasks at active job sites. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who are dependable, hands-on, and comfortable using standard construction tools in a fast-paced environment.

At least 1 year of experience in construction or carpentry is preferred, especially for candidates familiar with basic hand tools such as hammers, drills, screwdrivers, and tape measures.

Job Duties May Include:

Assisting with finishing drywall, painting, flooring, and cabinet installation
Cleaning and maintaining the work site
Transporting tools and materials as needed
Supporting carpenters and construction crews with general labor tasks

Minimum Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Familiarity with basic hand tools is required
Background check required
Drug-free workplace
