With excellent marketing and technology skills, the Marketing Coordinator will work with the property management team to configure and update the building portal website with amenity space information, current events, and "how tos" to engage tenants. The Marketing Coordinator will search and identify graphics and images for use within the portal and update the Newsletter. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Configure and update the portal with pre-defined widgets to engage tenants and promote amenities and events for the building.
- Identify and search for engaging graphics and images to enhance the portal.
- Compose and update the monthly newsletter.
- Update the building websites to include available suites and amenities.
- Create specific marketing flyers for small suites using Adobe and Canva.
- Deliver outstanding service to tenants.
- Manage and respond to work order ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and thoroughly.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree required with concentration in marketing preferred
- Interest in commercial real estate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop and Canva
- Effective collaborator
- Creative and out of box thinker
- Self directed and self motivated
- Strong technology and computer skills
