We are currently hiring dependable and motivated individuals for a Machine Operator position within a fast-paced chemical processing warehouse environment. This role is responsible for operating production line machinery, supporting packaging operations, and ensuring products meet company and customer quality standards.

1st and 2nd shift available! Weekly pay! $20-$23/hour depending on experience

Job Responsibilities

Set up and operate production equipment and packaging lines according to established procedures
Support daily production needs in a safe and efficient manner
Blend, fill, secure, and label containers according to company and customer specifications
Verify packaged goods against Job Production Orders and production instructions
Record production data and documentation accurately
Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed
Read and interpret Production Orders and work instructions
Assist with general production and warehouse duties as assigned
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Competent English communication and reading comprehension skills required
Must be willing to become Forklift Certified
Strong attention to detail and reliability

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Must be able to stand on feet for up to 8 hours per shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
Work is performed in a chemical processing warehouse environment
Facility is not temperature controlled and can become hot during summer months
Must be comfortable working around production equipment and warehouse machinery
