We have openings across multiple shifts in warehouse, distribution, and manufacturing roles. These are temp-to-hire opportunities, offering the chance to transition into a long-term role based on performance and attendance.

$16.50 to $22.00 an hour

Industrial Associate Skills and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred
Strong work ethic and strong attention to detail
Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment preferred

Industrial Associate Duties and Responsibilities:

Follow all safety guidelines, policies, and procedures
Report damages, defects, or discrepancies to supervisors
Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and productivity standards
Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Demonstrate flexibility by assisting in different areas as business needs change
Support team operations and complete additional tasks as assigned
