Job Summary
Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We're seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. In this role, you'll be a vital part of our wood manufacturing operations, helping produce high-quality parts while supporting efficiency, safety, and precision on the production floor.
What You'll Be Doing
As a CNC Operator, your core responsibilities will include:
● Operating CNC machinery: Run CNC equipment to manufacture wood components that meet quality and production standards.
● Material handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished parts to keep production moving efficiently.
● Quality inspection: Inspect parts using measuring tools and visual checks to ensure accuracy and consistency.

In addition, you will also be expected to maintain a clean and safe work area while reporting any machine or quality issues to supervision.
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you should have the following:
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Some CNC experience (wood or metal experience accepted)
● Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs

● Attention to detail: Ensures parts meet quality and accuracy requirements.
● Mechanical aptitude: Helps troubleshoot minor machine issues and understand machine operation.
● Blueprint reading: Allows accurate interpretation of work orders and drawings.
